The Organizing Committee encourages you to register for the congress as soon as possible to take advantage of the discounted Early Bird registration rates. Also, Vienna is a very popular tourist destination, especially in summer, we therefore advise that you book your accommodation well in advance of the congress.

Donation

Support for candidates and routers who wish to participate in the Congress but lack sufficient resources is a vital part of the IAAP’s mission to extend analytical psychology into new areas.  We therefore offer an opportunity to assist with candidate and router travel expenses through a donation to the Candidate and Router Travel Fund of € 20.00. Bookable at the online registration

Registration Fee Coverage

All registration fees are in Euro (€) and include 20 % VAT, admission to scientific sessions, book of abstracts, complimentary evening events, conference package as well as coffee breaks during the conference.

Master Classes, Pre-Congress Workshops and the Gala dinner on August 30, 2019 at the Palais Ferstel are not included in the registration fee and can be purchased additionally.

Registration Policies

Your registration and payment will be confirmed by email. Payment for registration fees must be made in advance in Euro, either by credit card or by bank transfer. A registration will not be processed until full payment is received. Participants are kindly requested to bring the confirmation letter to the registration desk at the congress venue. Please note that the Early Bird and Regular registration fees are only applicable if they have been credited to the congress account before the specified date.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations have to be sent in writing to Austropa Interconvention.
Before August 01, 2019 a refund of the total amount paid minus € 50.00 per registration is applicable. No refunds are possible after this date. If a participant fails to attend, the entire registration fee has to be paid. Please note that it lies within the participant’s responsibility to apply for a Visa in time. No refunds can be made for any services not used.

Visa

An official invitation letter can be issued after receipt of registration and payment upon request, e.g., for use in applying for a visa. However, this invitation implies no obligation, financial or otherwise by the organisers.

Carbon Offset and Environment

The Executive Committee of the IAAP encourages members attending the Congress to the carbon contribution their travel will make to the rapidly growing threat of global climate change.  Although many carbon offset programs exist, the IAAP recommends MyClimate. Bookable at https://www.myclimate.org
